Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has decided to postpone the UEFA EURO 2020 matches by a year. The UEFA EURO 2020 matches will take place between 11 June and 11 July 2021.

If you applied for a FAN ID before October 1, 2020, you will need to obtain an updated FAN ID. The previously issued FAN IDs will not be valid for attending UEFA EURO 2020 matches, as well as for entering and leaving the Russian Federation in 2021.

About a FAN ID

FAN ID allows foreign citizens to enter and leave Russia without a visa. To do so, you must have an updated FAN ID and a valid identity document. Multiple entry into the Russian Federation with a FAN ID is possible from May 29 to July 2, 2021, multiple exit from the Russian Federation is possible from May 29 to July 12, 2021.

An application for a FAN ID can be filled in on the website www.fan-id.ru (also available in English) or at Distribution Centres.
