Dmitry Medvedev: Mr Prime Minister, colleagues.

Yesterday we discussed a wide range of subjects in detail. I think this is always useful and now we are holding the main round of talks. We have met many times, as you mentioned – we met at the ASEM summit in Brussels, held talks in Moscow in 2017 and met in Sochi. It has been very important for us to keep the pace of our relations in order to better understand each other.

I would like to take this opportunity to publicly wish you a happy birthday once again and congratulate you on your reappointment to the position of Prime Minister. I wish you success and President Vladimir Putin also sends his regards.

I think today we will be able to discuss not just our history. We have returned more than once to the issues of the London Treaty, our diplomatic relations and the future of our ties.

Today, there are both complications and prospects. I suggest we continue our discussion, primarily of economic issues. Naturally, we will also talk about other matters of common interest.
